How Oxgital Turned GITEX Nigeria Into a B2B Marketing Campaign

Client:
Fraudspect
Target Market:
Banks, financial institutions, fintechs, digital lenders, regulators and technology leaders

Overview

GITEX Nigeria 2026 was a technology event that brought businesses, financial institutions, regulators and technology leaders together in Lagos. Fraudspect, a fraud prevention and compliance platform by Platview Technologies, was exhibiting at the event to introduce its solution to potential customers and industry stakeholders.

Oxgital was brought in to develop the marketing strategy around Fraudspect’s participation. Rather than relying on the event itself to attract attention, we built a campaign that created interest before GITEX, gave visitors a reason to engage with Fraudspect at the event and created a clear follow-up path for prospects afterwards.

The Challenge

The challenge was not simply getting people to notice Fraudspect. It was giving them a reason to stop, engage and remember the brand. With technology and cybersecurity companies competing for attention at the event, leading with another list of product features would make it difficult for Fraudspect to stand apart.

We needed a campaign idea that could communicate the problem quickly, adapt to different audiences and connect every part of the GITEX experience.

What We Delivered

The Outcome

Oxgital turned GITEX from a two-day exhibition opportunity into a connected marketing campaign for Fraudspect.

Rather than treating the event as a standalone activation, we built a system where the campaign idea, content, lead-generation assets, event experience and follow-up all worked together.
